We are a specialized consulting firm comprised of highly experienced experts with deep expertise in electrical engineering. Among our consultants are individuals with Ph.D. degrees, whose academic insights complement our practical approach, offering a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on industry application.
Over the years, we have collaborated with various stakeholders and end-users from utilities worldwide, supporting the design, implementation, and testing of ADMS, DERMS, and other Smart Grid technologies. This diverse experience has sharpened our ability to understand the unique requirements of end-users and align them with product solutions from leading vendors.
Our expertise extends to a wide range of Power System Studies, with significant experience across multiple industries. Our team is particularly skilled in addressing the challenges and opportunities posed by the increasing integration of Distributed Energy Resources (DERs). We believe that modeling and analyzing Microgrids with high DER penetration under various scenarios can play a critical role in enhancing the resiliency of modern power systems.
To support these efforts, we utilize cutting-edge Digital Twin technology, including both Hardware-in-the-loop (P-HIL) systems and steady-state analysis tools, to simulate and optimize performance. Additionally, our software developers are adept at creating customized tools and applications tailored to power systems and other industries. Meet The Founders
Milos Micic
Milos began his career in ADMS development, transitioned into solutions as a customer trainer, and eventually became a consultant specializing in OMS, DMS, and FLISR implementations. Having worked as a customer trainer and consultant for the past 4+ years, engaging with customers and end-users daily, Milos has developed strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to understand customer needs.
Nikola Simic
Nikola began his career in ADMS development, transitioned into a Product Owner role for DMS and DERMS Advanced Applications. Eventually, Nikola moved into consulting and for the past 4 years, he has worked closely with customers and end-users primarily on DMS Core and Advanced Applications implementation. Beyond consulting, Nikola is a Ph.D. Candidate researching DER integration in modern power systems and a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, where he teaches students on ADMS and DERMS algorithms and applications in a Smart Grid Laboratory environment. His Ph.D. thesis is written and ready to be defended in the March/April 2025.
